PrivateAILockers.com provides a private online room for a business, group or organization. Access is by subscription, sold by the number of members in the room.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. There is no contract and you may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
The material you put in your room remains yours. You are responsible for who you invite into your room and for what is posted in it. An administrator may remove any member or any item at any time.
Do not use a room to post unlawful material, to harass anyone, or to distribute material you do not have the right to share. We may suspend a room that is being used this way.
The emergency alert notifies the members of your room. It is not a replacement for 911 or for your organization’s emergency system. Always contact emergency services first.
Approved partners earn a recurring share of the revenue actually collected from each room they introduce, paid monthly, for as long as that room remains active. Payment stops when the referred room is closed or deactivated, for any reason. Commissions adjust automatically for refunds, cancellations, downgrades and upgrades. Payments are made to the organization on a completed W‑9. Participants are independent contractors, not employees, and rewards depend on referrals and are never guaranteed. We may change the terms for future referrals; changes are not applied retroactively.
We work to keep the service available and to keep your material safe, but the service is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted availability.
